Concert Band

Comprised of music majors and students from all academic programs, the Concert Band performs the finest wind literature and performs several concerts each semester. The University Band appears annually at the Ohio Band Directors Conference and is conducted by the Director of Bands and Assistant Director of Bands, and is also conducted by graduate assistants in the University Bands.

Audition information

Auditions for the Concert Band are held each year during the first week of the fall semester. Auditions for those joining in the Spring Semester are held at the beginning of the term (January TBA). The Concert Band rehearses three times a week, 3:05 - 3:55 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Contact the UA Bands at 330-972-6919 for more information.
