Akron Council of Education Students (ACES)
ACES is a student organization dedicated to enhancing communications between education students by promoting fellowship and supplement professional training through extra- and co-curricular activities related to education. All Education majors are welcome.

Association of Honors Educators (AHE)
AHE is a service, professional, and social organization created by and for pre-service teachers in the Honors College. It provides its members with opportunities to network with each other as well as with other education professionals through a variety of events and service projects.
PULSe Program
The Productive Uncertainty in a Laboratory Setting (PULSe) engages students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in scientific research. This program is especially beneficial for students enrolled in the LeBron James Family Foundation College of Education’s Special Education/Intervention Specialist program.

Group for graduate students in higher education administration who are interested in professional development, networking, and social events.

Zips on the Rise
Zips on the Rise is a community service oriented group on campus. The goal of this organization is to provide meaningful programming, tutoring, and positive role models to young children struggling with homelessness, so that they can learn, grow, and develop in a safe and loving environment. Providing enriching art programs to kids at the homeless shelters will give them a break from their stressful day-to-day lives. Tutoring the young children will help ensure that their situation does not prohibit them from learning and growing in a healthy way.
