Join the University of Akron’s Department of Management for the 10th annual Leadership & HR Advisory Board conference. This year we will hear from three professionals, Timothy Dimoff, Amy Richmond, and Chaz Billington, about AI’s impact on our industry, looking at improved efficiency, data-driven decision making, and potential pitfalls and legal issues. SHRM credits will be available to attendees.
The annual conference supports student scholarships and educational opportunities throughout the academic year.

Speakers
Timothy Dimoff
Timothy A. Dimoff, CPP, a multi-certified, award-winning and internationally-recognized security and HR management consultant, speaker, author, media commentator and expert witness is president and founder of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc., a high-risk HR and security consulting and investigation firm located in Akron, OH.
Amy Richmond
Amy is a senior member of the PwC Human Capital Team, with 25+ years of HR leadership spanning 325,000 employees in 150+ countries. She currently serves as the People Operations Leader for the Advisory practice in the US, where her focus is on transforming the way PwC deploys staff through process and technology.
Chaz Billington
Chaz is an HR attorney and partner in the Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP Cleveland office and a member of the labor and employment group. Chaz is an Akron native, former VP of HR and alumni of the University of Akron. He has significant experience advising in-house legal counsel and HR leaders on a wide range of labor and employment matters.HR Advisory Board Mission
